Satellite meetings take place in the conference centre but are fully organized and coordinated by the organization hosting the satellite (private company, government agency, institution or NGO).

Exhibitions

AIDS 2010 will offer opportunities to both commercial and non-commercial organizations to showcase their products and services to the largest gathering of HIV/AIDS professionals in the world.

Other meetings, symposia, or forums organized for conference delegates outside the conference venue by other organizations are referred to as Affiliated Events. Affiliated Events are held during times that do not conflict with the conference programme.

Organizations wishing to host an Affiliated Event in cooperation with AIDS 2010 may now apply online. The Affiliated Events application form is accessible through your conference profile. Although there is no processing or sponsorship fee associated with Affiliated Events, individuals requesting event affiliation should be registered attendees for AIDS 2010. Please take note of the rules and guidelines before you apply. The deadline for applications is 14 April 2010.

As a service to Affiliated Events organizers, all approved events will be published in the final conference programme and on the AIDS 2010 website.
