Hotel Accommodation

Accommodations have been reserved for delegates and exhibitors in a range of hotel at preferential rates during the conference period. The majority of the hotels are located within approximately 20–30 minutes or less to the Reed Messe Wien (RMW). 

Important information
  • Room availability is guaranteed by the AIDS 2010 Accommodation Department until 18 May 2010. Late bookings can be made after 18 May 2010 but are subject to availability. A handling fee of EUR 30 will be charged for all late bookings.
  • All indicated prices are per room/night including breakfast, service and taxes. Rates may increase without notice due to changes in government charges, taxes or levies.
  • Hotel check-in time is usually at 15:00. If you are to arrive before this time, it is probable that you will not be able to gain access to your room. To guarantee a room to be available for an early arrival you will need to pre-register and pay for your room for the previous night. If required, indicate this on the accommodation booking form.
  • Should you check out before the confirmed departure date or in case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights confirmed.

Group Bookings

Hotel rooms in different price categories have been secured at preferential rates for groups (more than 10 rooms). Early booking is highly recommended.
